Think again. It is not us citizens that should make you tremble. You are not just defying us – you defy Almighty God.

Consider…

Almighty God defeated Goliath with a simple stone and his servant David.

The mighty Egyptian army was annihilated by mere water.

The Amorites were defeated before Joshua by Almighty God with great stones falling from heaven.

These are just three examples of what Almighty God can and will do for His faithful. Firearms were not yet invented. Do you controllers really believe you can defy God? Think again.

You will fall. Already your empire crumbles. You will fall because you deceived us, the citizens of this nation. You will fall because you rob us of our wealth. You will fall because you destroy our liberty. Most of all you will fall because you defy Almighty God.

Will it be enough if I and I alone stand in your face to hold you accountable? No. It will not. However I am not alone. If nothing else I know Almighty God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the God and Father of my Lord and Savior Jesus the Messiah is with me. While I count on no other, I am certain at least some of my brethren in Christ will stand with me. The fact is God alone is enough to defeat you. I am only a messenger.

It is only appropriate to say, as in Belshazzar, the King of Babylon’s time, the handwriting is on the wall.

Daniel told the king the meaning of the words:

• “MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it;
• “TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting;
• “PERES: Your kingdom has been divided, and given to the Medes and Persians” (verses 26-28)

 

 

To you controllers: continuing as you are, as you always have will not save you. Your only hope is to join those of us who embrace liberty and return to us what is rightfully ours.

I’ve been following this lady for a while now – NO! Not like THAT! She instructs patriots on emergency medical and other issues. I’ve been wanting to take her classes for some time now as I have a background in x-ray. My thought is I’d much rather train to save a life than take one. I pray I am never in a position where I have to do either but it never hurts to be prepared. You never know these days if you might be at your local box store and have to deal with an active shooter or a victim of one, or a car accident or even a natural disaster. That said, in this short video, the Patriot Nurse has something to say about the current situation right here in Virginia. I have to admit, she has some points worth considering.

 

Sheriff Scott Jenkins in Culpeper County turns up the heat in the state by saying he will deputize thousands of citizens to protect their 2nd Amendment rights. BRAVO!

I love Culpeper. It was where we first lived when we moved to Virginia. We’ve regretted moving from there ever since. Even so I never realized how liberty-minded the area is. Note, since we moved from there over 15 years ago, it has grow by leaps and bounds. This usually also means the area turns more towards liberalism.

As for some perspective on today’s post, consider this: in the last election Virginia State Delegate Nick Freitas was to run for congress. The election board would not let him on the ballot because they say the party filed late. He ran for his delegate seat as a write-in won handily.

Nick is an exceptionally strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment. He first came to my attention with this speech on the floor of the VA Assembly:

As far as Jenkins screening deputies – this only makes sense, not only to state it but in practice. Think about it. What else should he do? Mass deputize a group? What if some known criminals sneaked in? The left would have a field day just speculating about this and condemn it immediately. Not that they won’t anyway but why give them a toe in? Screening, be done and done properly. Yes, it should not be used as a political tool but it is the citizen’s responsibility to watch out for such shenanigans.

Virginia Second Amendment Sanctuary Hearings/Votes The Week Of 12/9 – 12/13/19 ~VIDEO

To whom it may concern,

I, Andrew Havens, citizen of these United States for America and of the Commonwealth of Virginia, resident of Lunenburg County, Virginia, do hereby declare my full support for a resolution declaring Lunenburg County a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.

While such action should not be necessary, I contend it is absolutely necessary for the following reasons:

A majority of politicians either currently in public office or slated to be sworn into public office on 8 January 2020 have made it known they fully intend to propose and pass unlawful legislation further restricting the rights of citizens of the commonwealth.

Said rights are God-given, guaranteed by both the Constitution for the United States of America and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia. These rights belong to the citizens by birth.

At no time has anyone elected, appointed or otherwise employed by the citizens of this commonwealth or this nation been granted authority to restrict or amend any of our God-given rights.

Such actions constitute usurpation of authority and are therefore treasonous. Treasonous actions such as these are subject to immediate disqualification and removal from any public office and criminal charges filed.

Our constitutions – federal and state – were meant as limiting documents. The intent then and now is to limit what those selected are empowered to do in service to us citizens. In no way shape or manner were they ever intended to grant unlimited power and authority to any group or individual.

The resolution before the Lunenburg Board of Supervisors merely acknowledges our rights as citizens to stand up and claim what is rightfully ours – our birthrights.

I commend the Lunenburg Board of Supervisors for their brave stand against tyrannical politicians determined to run roughshod over our rights as citizens.

We citizens must also stand with the Board and other citizens in Virginia as well as our nation and demand not only such actions stop but the restoration of our birthright in the liberties intended by Almighty God and guaranteed by the founding documents of our nation and states.

It’s not my fault if the author says almost everything I’ve been saying! Seriously, I agree with so much of what Mr. Jacob G. Hornberger has to say on liberty here – both past and present with one serious exception. His timeline pegs the beginning of the decline of our liberty at 1913 when the IRS and Federal Reserve were created. My current inclination is to move the timeline back further to the “War to Prevent Southern Independence” a term coined by Dr. Charles Pace in the book linked above – aka “The Civil War”.

One could move the timeline even further back but it wasn’t until Lincoln waged a massively bloody war against the so-called “sovereign” states that decided they’d been abused enough.

Both the book above and the article below (h/t zerohedge) are good reads.

A couple of side notes about Dr. Pace’s book.

First the link is NOT an affiliate link. I could put one in but for the moment I’d rather just recommend the book.

Second, I’ve found a number of parallels applicable to events happening today. For instance Dr. Pace notes while “slavery” was a issue pushed by Lincoln’s crowd, many in the North did not care one way or another. Once they were properly propagandized to the point where they properly hated slavery, many nodded ascent to the idea. However since they neither owned slaves themselves nor knew nothing of those who did, they were duped into the false belief that the South was entirely evil in this practice. This tracks with the push to eliminate guns today. In addition Dr. Pace paints a radically different picture of slavery in the South – one that may give you pause for thought on the entire issue.

Southern Independence: Why War?: The War to Prevent Southern Independence

I first saw a posting concerning the proposed Virginia Senate Bill – SB64 on The Captain’s Journal. As I noticed this is a revision and re-enactment of current code so I tried to look up the code. Long story short I was tired and lazy so all I got was a long list of places where this news is turning up.

From what I can see, some of this is already law in VA. Here is the code as it stands today.

I’m posting the context as well. From what I understand of law as a layman, NOT a lawyer so this is NOT legal advice, the devil is in the details and the details are usually the definitions. Of course such is never enough for lawyers so the definitions depend on how they are interpreted. The phrase “It depends on what the definition of the word ‘is’ is.” The bottom line as far as I’m concerned is unless we, en masse, tell the controllers – our employees differently, they will do what they want just like they’ve been doing for decades.

They reject their own written law when said laws become inconvenient. They reject the state constitution, as well as the Constitution for the United States when either poses a problem. They will even reject their own vaunted black-robed opinions if it does not suit their needs.

Thus there MUST be some absolute standard. A standard the controllers MUST recognize or pay the price for ignoring. This is why I contend WE MUST turn to the source of our liberty – Almighty God if we are to preserve our liberty.

Man’s pattern occurs again and again, starting in the Garden of Eden. Adam was given ONE rule. There is no indication of any other restrictions. Moses was given TEN Commandments. The rest of the law was added later. Granted, these were not directly added by men but certainly because of men. Now we have the mess we find ourselves in today.

We have a constitution limiting government while recognizing and defining many of our liberties. Men have turned these things upside down so the constitution is the basis for an ever-expanding government and ever-shrinking nearly all of our liberty.

Talk about intent! Once again the controllers ignore “intent” when such goes against their controlling nature. As with all laws these days “That’s for them (citizens) and not for us (controllers).” As such our nations is turned upside-down, inside-out and backwards.

It has to end. We need to turn to Almighty God and ask Him to return our nation to us citizens. The controllers need to be held accountable by us citizens. They are employees, NOT rulers. If they cannot work within the guidelines set before them i.e. the state and federal constitutions, we need to tell the controllers – they are FIRED!

Check out the comments. They are playing with fire. I don’t know if the controllers intent is to incite armed confrontation or not but the response tells me the prudent move for them is to back down by quietly table this nonsense.

I won’t go into how wrong the very idea of this bill is. If you’ve read anything of mine you know my stand is they are moving to beyond defying God Almighty but are now very close to slapping Him in the face. Not a good idea.

1. That § 18.2-433.2 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 18.2-433.2. Paramilitary activity prohibited; penalty.

A person shall be is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity, punishable as a Class 5 felony if he:

1. Teaches or demonstrates to any other person the use, application, or making of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or

2. Assembles with one or more persons for the purpose of training with, practicing with, or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, intending to employ such training for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or

3. Assembles with one or more persons with the intent of intimidating any person or group of persons by drilling, parading, or marching with any firearm, any explosive or incendiary device, or any components or combination thereof.

2. That the provisions of this act may result in a net increase in periods of imprisonment or commitment. Pursuant to § 30-19.1:4 of the Code of Virginia, the estimated amount of the necessary appropriation cannot be determined for periods of imprisonment in state adult correctional facilities; therefore, Chapter 854 of the Acts of Assembly of 2019 requires the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission to assign a minimum fiscal impact of $50,000. Pursuant to § 30-19.1:4 of the Code of Virginia, the estimated amount of the necessary appropriation cannot be determined for periods of commitment to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Without a doubt, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It’s not the food. It’s not family. It is not even football. It is the one day our nation sets aside to consider the blessings bestowed upon us by our Heavenly Father. Sure many forget or even ignore this. Some even scoff at the idea. That’s okay. For me it is the very idea and the premise for this day. No matter what – I remember what this day is about and take extra time to reflect upon Godly things.

You might guess and you would be right if you thought I already do this on a regular basis. I do thank God every day and often many times a day for anything I happen to think of. For me, even this is not enough. I cannot be thankful enough or fully acknowledge everything God has blessed me with. There is just too much. Thankfully, I don’t have to:

Topping off my list this year is the epiphany I received earlier this year. You’ve read it here before and will likely read it again and again. “Our very Constitutional Republic is a gift from Almighty God.”. I am not only thankful for that realization but for the very gift itself. It is my birthright – our birthright – and I am very, very thankful for it!

The concept of our God-given rights are well acknowledged and well accepted. Again I take this time today to thank God for those rights.

Lest I forget or miss something our very liberty gifted to us from our Holy God. This very morning I read these words. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve read this passage but it was like I’d seen it for the very first time:

2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Huh. To me this is the perfect answer to those who challenge our claim to God-given rights by stating they don’t see the Second Amendment in scripture. This battle we face is not about any one constitutional amendment. The controllers want to exert control. I demand my God-give liberty. They do not have any authority to usurp what God has freely giving me.

1 Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

This is my stand. This is where I draw the line. It is not I whom the controllers defy it is Almighty God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. It is HE we must all answer to.

What Have You Got To Hide?

We’ve been down this road before. Recently I posted “I’ve had enough of government secrets”. Once again – our employees in government have no problem hiding anything from us but they all seem to agree on their “right” to watch our every move. In other words, the controllers have managed to almost totally turn everything upside down. Oh, and don’t think for a minute they won’t scramble to snatch every nickle that “falls out” of our pockets while they are at it.

This post introduces yet another article detailing how both major US Parties agree: snooping on citizens is just fine and dandy.

Side note: Does anyone reading these pages still doubt why I contend liberty is non-political? Your politics doesn’t matter because they ALL want to stifle our liberties! It doesn’t matter what party you identify with – most politicians are “all in” when it comes on keeping an eye on citizens.

Again. The controllers are our employees. They do not rule us. We citizens can and should direct the show. It is time to demand our rights as citizens. I am not willing to compromise on this. In a perfect world I would wipe the entire slate clean and start from scratch – starting with the entire body of judicial “opinion”. Next I would dismantle nearly every government entity. If they did not perform a specific and necessary function (such as air traffic control) they would be gone. Following that I would repeal everything but basic laws dealing with actual criminal behavior.

We do not live in a perfect world, so the above ideas would likely end in chaos. It would be too much, too fast. Even so, if we do nothing, we can expect more of what we have now. More taxes, more borrowing, more regulation all adding up to less liberty. It is time to put up or shut up. I’m not shutting up so I propose we – and by “we” I mean citizens who agree with me in principle – start putting for ideas to pull the reigns in. In a recent post I proposed a simple four point plan. It is meant as a starting place. The plan is as follows:

1. No more budget increases. NONE. The buck stops now.
2. Review the purpose of every budget. I suggest a simple litmus test to start. Is this budget specifically authorized by the Constitution? If not – and most of them fail this basic test – the budget needs to be slated for eradication.
3. Eliminate or phase out anything not specifically authorized by the Constitution.
4. Repeal ALL laws that are even potentially unconstitutional – especially every singe asset forfeiture statute. Personally I cannot see allowing anything that permits government employees to sidestep due process

I would now add to that invoking a total moratorium on spying anyone on US soil without a warrant issued by a non-secret court. While my understanding is limited in this area, I see absolutely no justification for FISA warrants and other secret proceedings. Every day law enforcement somehow manages to obtain and serve warrants with complete due process without the subject finding out beforehand.

To our government employees I must ask: What do YOU have to hide?

The questions raised by the article below concerns AI and the future of robotic law enforcement and warfare against humans. This is the stuff science fiction used to be made of! It brings to mind a verse in Genesis concerning the men building the Tower of Babel…

Genesis 11:6  And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

In essence mankind has very nearly gotten back to the place where we can do most anything we can conceive. This is truly scary.

However my own concern at this time is more practical. Robotics technology has advanced to provide machines with some startling locomotion. Wheels and tracks are now so yesterday. Today robots walk on legs. Before you “ho-hum”, consider these are very important advancements as said mobility allows robots to go almost anywhere.

We already have numerous individuals and companies who have attached weaponry to drones and other robots.

Even without AI capability – imagine one or more robots leading the charge to say, enforce a red flag law. Bad enough to have one’s door bashed in by heavily armed and vested human thugs. Robotics could put this on a whole new level.

Oh! Yeah! Don’t forget they will accomplish this using OUR tax dollars!

US Police Have Quietly Brought a “Terrifying” Robot Dog Into Their Ranks

As of this last official count posted at Ammoland.com there are 18 counties passing or about to pass resolutions declaring their county a Second Amendment Sanctuary county. I am told my own county of Lunenburg will vote on a resolution at the next board meeting. I would be surprised if it did not pass.

What does this do? First and foremost it is a statement supporting liberty. It is truly ground roots as these have strong support at the county level. This brings the issue of Liberty home!

I’ve seen a movement such as this once before. You’ll find more details in “The Case Against Donald J Trump” post. Then is was one county against the state. The county won. We, the people, won. It was not easy and there were several battles during the conflict. This time we are several counties strong. We can prevail.

I am convinced God is with us on this. It is He who granted our rights. It is He who oversaw the state constitution as well as the Constitution for the United States. The controllers do only defy us as citizens – they defy God.

This morning I thought about King David. Before he was king, he was a shepherd boy tasked with taking supplies to his older brothers. He found his people surrounded by the Philistines. Outnumbered, outgunned – so to speak and challenged by one of the mightiest men of war the world had ever known: Goliath.

David did not look at Goliath or the hoard backing him and tremble in fear. He asked aloud “ who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?” He said he would face Goliath. Was he drunken with his youth? No. He was faithful. David eschewed Saul’s armor and sword, instead taking up five round stones for his sling. He only “needed” one stone.

In David’s words:

1 Samuel 17:37 David said moreover, The LORD* that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD* be with thee.

*Note: This word “LORD” in scripture is translated as the word “Jehova” – in the Hebrew this word is JHWH (pronounced yä′wĕ) it is the Hebrew Tetragrammaton representing the name of God. The scholarly work of Rev. Ken Burns, M.A., Pastor and my own studies indicate this is truly the proper name of our Heavenly Father and the God and Father of our Lord Jesus the Messiah.

Today I am sure many will scoff at this as a fairy tale. Some will admit is is plausible. How many will see the parallel? We are surrounded by the Philistines. Goliath Looms. Goliath, of course, is our own government. Can anyone deny our government controls the mightiest war machine this world has seen? The war machine itself is only part of our Goliath. The Philistines? We are surrounded by the hoards of the globalists, the controllers, the left. They claim false gods and threaten more and more each day to destroy us.

This is the analogy of what I see in front of all of us today.

Today’s Philistines do indeed surround us. Their champion, Goliath, deploys fearsome weapons – ungodly laws and regulations, enforcers endowed with physical might and open jail cells. Meanwhile both work together to destroy us. They use their media to turn public opinion against us. They use their economic might to limit our options. Search engines avoid our messages. Banks void our purchasing power. Even devices we buy are turned against us to spy on us – from automobiles to cell phones to television sets. While they operate in secret behind closed doors the loudly demand to know what we’ve got to hide that we do not open up every nick and cranny of our lives for their inspection.

Their goal is to disarm us, silence us, subdue us. They don’t just want our guns, they lust for our very souls. Already they’ve enslaved us by stealing our labor and then forcing us to pay to spend the pittance we are left with. To add insult to injury, they demand we spend much of our earnings on goods and services of their choosing, leaving us with even less “discretionary” funds.

We are indeed surrounded but all is not lost! As David did we need to stand up and ask “Who are these heathen to defy the armies of the Living God?” Forget about carnal conflict. Nobody wins when the weapons of man clash. Our battle is spiritual. Our weapon of choice should be the Word of Truth. This is the ultimate weapon – the one weapon that makes the controllers shake in their boots because they cannot defeat it. They cannot take it away from us. Indeed if God be for us, who can be against us! (Romans 8:31b)

Consider the context of this verse:

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Again: our nation, our constitutional republic, is a gift to us citizens from Almighty God. The rights outlined and defined in the constitution also come from God and cannot be rightfully denied by mere men. Who is this Goliath? Who are these controllers, these ungodly Philistines to defy our Holy God?

David, before he was king, killed the mighty Goliath with a single stone thrown from a length of leather. Without armor, without proper weapons of war, a teenage boy not only defeated the Philistine champion but turned the tide on the Philistines themselves. David succeeded not because he was a fierce warrior but because he trusted Almighty god.

Who are these Philistines that surround us? They are mere men. I contend they will crumble if only we will stand up and claim our God-given birthright in the name of Almighty God!
