Facebook Censorship!

This was posted on Facebook. I posted articles from the New England Journal of Medicine and the American Journal of Epidemiologists. What is FB afraid of?

Idiocy in Virginia as governor Ralphie Northam decrees all citizens are to wear masks in public. This is wrong in so many ways. First it is an absolute infringement on our constitutional rights. Ralphie as zero authority here. His edict is based on bad “science” – as is this entire pandemic scenario. All that said, I’m posting a couple of articles you will likely never see on the MSM. They are far too busy pushing fear.

First from The New England Journal of Medicine:
https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp2006372?query=TOC

Next from the American Journal of Epidemiology:
https://academic.oup.com/…/advance-article/doi/10.1093/aje/…

This second article advocates widespread use of Hydroxychloroquine coupled with azithromycin.

Here is a quote from the article:
Hydroxychloroquine+azithromycin has been used as standard-of-care in more than 300,000 older adults with multicomorbidities, with estimated proportion diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmias attributable to the medications 47/100,000 users, of which estimated mortality is <20%, 9/100,000 users, compared to the 10,000 Americans now dying each week. These medications need to be widely available and promoted immediately for physicians to prescribe.

What was the MSN talking about before widespread rioting began dominating the airwaves?

Mandatory vaccinations, contact tracing, and other infringements on our constitutional rights.

I am contesting here in Virginia. I admit my loudest cries currently bounce off brick walls but I am not giving up.

The Supreme Beings Have Spoken

You need not guess, I speak of the robed thugs who make up SCOTUS – the Supreme Court of the United States.

This from Fox News: Supreme Court rejects challenge to limits on church services  . Blah blah blah. You know what guys? Thanks for your “opinion” but no thanks. Now for the REAL news…

I, personally, REJECT this SCOTUS opinion.

There. Take that.

The fact is, this is far from the first time SCOTUS has sided with the controllers. It won’t be the last. As citizens, we’ve been conditioned to accept them as the last word. Even in our language SCOTUS rules. They. do. not. WE rule. WE are self-governed. Once again it is up to US, the citizens of this Constitutional Republic to take our rightful place and overrule the controllers.

With no disrespect intended for those few in the group who actually uphold the constitution – SCOTUS can bite me. YOUR ONLY JOB is to ensure the other two branches comply with constitutional limits. Period. ANY doubt should ALWAYS be decided in favor of the citizens. Is this clear enough? If not, see me after class. Yes, I AM speaking you Justice Kennedy!

Do not think I’m letting the rest of them off the hook. As Chief Justice, Kennedy is the leader of the gang. Thus I expect him to lead the others in adhering the the absolute principles of our Constitutional Republic.

Keep in mind guys and gals, your “lifetime” appointment is still subject to impeachment. While such a thing may seem like a pipe dream to you, let me remind you, a mere six months ago, the idea I’d have to write something like this never crossed my mind.

When are WE going to step up as citizens, take up the reins of stewardship, and put the controllers in their place?

It is time.

God bless,

Andy

Censorship on Facebook, Twitter and the President

Already I posted my opinion on Twitter. President Trump is expected to sign an Executive Order concerning Social Media – i.e. Twitter, Facebook and company.

Now the actual EO was signed and published, I realize my assumptions about this action was wrong.

Bluntly put I’m tired of the endless “Executive Orders” by whatever administrator all taken with the force of law. In our nation executive branch employees do not write law. They administer them. They enforce them. The legislative branch writes law. This is why they are called the “legislative” branch. My apologies if this comes across as “splaining” but really. We all get caught up on this crap. Enough is enough.

Now what CAN an executive do? He/she can direct their administration to enforce the law as long as said law is in compliance with the Constitution(s).

I wrote that yesterday. This morning I realized the President’s executive order was right on the money.

Again from what I wrote yesterday…

Now about the Twitters and Facebooks of the world. Get this straight – I despise them. I am not a naturally “social” person but these things are a waste in and of themselves. This is not to say they are not entirely unuseful. I just do not like them. That said, they are private enterprises. They have EVERY RIGHT to censor whom they wish. One need not like it but we CANNOT allow any government to dictate what a SM platform can or cannot allow. This in itself is a form of censorship.

There is ONE exception I can see. As you may know from a previous post, I am involved in a discussion concerning Governor Ralphie’s dictates on a Lunenburg County FB page. This is the format the county BOS has settled on to inform the public. Apparently their WordPress website is to complex for them. In this instance, the FB page is essentially a public forum

While I stand by what I wrote, I had no idea these entities were granted special protections from the Federal government. I even understand the reasoning behind the special protections. My understanding is such:

Entities providing a platform for free speech are protected from lawsuits holding them accountable for the actions of those who publish their opinions on these platforms.

It almost irks me to say this but this actually makes sense. I’ve operated forums before, I have one available now, that neither one of my two readers use by the way, and I had no idea such protection existed.

In light of this, I applaud you, Mr. President!

God bless us all!

Governor Ralphie N Ramping Up Assault on Constitution

Continuing his assault on our Constitution, governor Ralphie Northam now decrees masks are mandatory for all citizens in public places. Again his action flies in the very face of our God-given rights. From my perspective it is an unlawful attempt to circumvent our very Constitutional Republic and replace our lawful government with his own personal dictatorship. In short, his actions are the very definition of treason.

Before I go any further – below is a graphic illustrating the argument against wearing masks:

Not even the science is settled, but the question here is… even if science ends up vindicating his stated reasons – by what authority can he issue said orders? There ONLY authority he has is what is granted by our respective constitutions and by the citizens of this commonwealth.  Even as citizens, we do NOT have the option to override the Constitution of Virginia. We may alter or abolish it, but we cannot overrule it.

As such I posted on Lunenburg County’s FB page my concerns and called for the county Board of Supervisors to overrule the governor.  I doubt very much if they will respond without a great deal of pressure from other citizens. I would be surprised if such pressure built into anything larger than a fizzle. However, I cannot, in good conscience at least do my own small part. Here is what I posted on FB.

This FB battle rages. Okay, maybe it is a bit dramatic but there is more since  I pasted this thread together. The bottom line is not everyone agrees – only four people have responded at all – how sad. The dissenters insist our rights are not being infringed upon. Well, if you insist… uh, no.

If there is substantially more, I’ll update it.

God bless,

Andy

Pound The Panic Button! – Jump in New VA Cases!

It looks like Virginia is seeing a dramatic jump in new cases since beginning to reopen. Okay… so? While the controllers will likely point at this saying “SEE! I TOLD you so!” in their most grade school-like voices, wouldn’t it be better to let sanity and common sense prevail?

What does anyone expect? Should the virus run away, tail between its legs because we step out? Don’t be silly. It’s a virus. Viruses infect. This virus is gonna virus no matter what. Thus new cases – particularly a significant jump should surprise no one.

The virus needs to run its course. We can only build immunity by exposure. There is no other way. If you didn’t know, a vaccine typically exposes one to a dead virus to allow the body to build antibodies against it. As I am little more qualified in this matter than that venerable climate-change teenager, I’ll admit I could be wrong on this. There could possibly be another way but if there was an easy path, it would seem logical someone would be touting it.

Can anyone say several more weeks or months would generate better results? If you think a viable “cure” is just around the corner, I invite you to pay attention to an ad for any prescription drug. Consider closely the warnings required by law in the small print. My favorites are the ones for treating anxiety and/or depression. Seems like some common known side-affects on these include “depression” – yes, depression, suicidal thoughts and, here’s the best one, “increased aggression”. For some reason every time I hear this one my mind turns to mass killers. I wonder why?

Some other “wonder drugs” warn of things like kidney failure and death. Wonderful stuff indeed. My point is sometimes the “cure” is worse than the disease. In the case of the Wuhan virus, the proposed cure is unconscionable. Worldwide forced vaccination and monitoring tops the list. What? Someone’s going to hunt me down to stick a needle in me? My imagination runs wild with a theme for a  science fiction story. Picture a man on the run after his personal body shield slips and a monitor picks up his infection. The chase is on. What could be worse?

How about continued strict social controls “for our own safety”? How about expansion of monitoring allowing government scrutiny of every facet of our lives? Every. Facet. Let that sink in.

For those who declare “that will never happen!”, how many of you would have said the same about a nationwide lockdown last year at this time?

Back to current events, yes, there may well be a spike in new cases. It may grow higher. Yes, a certain number of these will die. Guess what? We are all gonna die at some point. It is part of living. Even if someone could manage to sequester themselves for the next 80 years, eventually death would come knocking. The real question is… what kind of life is that?

Go forth and live!

Andy

Memorial Day

Remembering those who gave their lives for our nation, our liberty…

Do not allow them to die in vain. Do not give up. Do not give in. This is our nation. Our freedom, our liberty, our constitutional republic was paid for in blood. The blood of patriots. The blood of our Savior. Take a moment to honor all those who sacrificed for us.

Then stand and take up the banner. Accept your stewardship and the responsibility it entails.

God bless,

Andy

Are Lockdowns Constitutional?

Fresh in my mind is a debate on the Bayou Renaissance Man. You can read the post and the comments for yourself. The op – Peter Grant is a man I find often reasoned and thoughtful. His post here is as I would expect of him. Note he is a naturalized citizen, thus he can claim no “birthright” to our constitutional republic. That said, even his right to liberty is a gift from Almighty God. As far as his legal standing is concerned – spiritually speaking – he has every bit as much right as any other citizen in this nation. My point here is while the term “birthright” specifically means someone who has a right simply by being born with it, such does no preclude one who has earned his/her place in our nation. If anything, I’ve found most naturalized citizens tend to take their citizenship far more seriously than those of us born with the “silver spoon” in our mouths.

Onward. While I did not read all of the comments I got far enough to discern the part of the debate I’ll address here: Is the current “lockdown” status existing in much of our nation constitutional? From my perspective, the answer is absolutely not. Let’s explore.

My first and foremost question is: by whose authority are these lockdowns decreed?

In every case, some elected, public official waves their magic… wand and poof! Suddenly they become totally and absolutely in charge. Or so it seems.

Here in Virginia, governor Ralphie, claims his authority by statue passed by the state assembly and, of course, signed by a sitting governor. Well, that’s that then… right? Not in my book. Consider and extreme example.

Suppose the Virginia Senate and Assembly pass a bill with, say, a 100% vote in both houses. The governor immediately signs the bill into law. The law gives any group of five or more citizens the authority to lynch anyone found molesting a child under five years of age on the spot. The only criteria is the the molester must be caught in the act – with his pants down… so to speak. Pretty simple. Would this be legal? No. We all know why.

Even someone as despicable as this must have due process. We cannot skirt the constitution no matter how abhorrent the crime. My point is simply passing a law does not make it constitutional, thus the claim of “It’s the law”, is not sufficient.

Now allow me to frame my previous statement in light of today’s headlines. We cannot skirt the constitution no matter how frightening the threat. We just cannot allow this to happen. There is no “pause” button on the constitution. Furthermore there is no need.

We can argue the “science” all day. The quotes are there because right now even the term “science” is up for grabs. So far science has produced a dud. As a matter of fact, the science followed by those who are at the headwaters of this debate – those controllers who want to lock us all in our rooms – is questionable at best. Is the “herd immunity” theory any better? Who knows? I sure don’t. So can we just stipulate any science involved here is more conjecture than a sure thing? Let’s move on from there.

Whether the response to this pandemic is good, bad or just plain “iffy”, the devastation left behind is just now starting to show. As bad as things look now, they are likely to get a lot worse. Even so, the citizens of this nation have mostly cooperated even when the “orders” are just plain stupid. Stupid as in “while sunshine kills the virus, it remains illegal to step into the sunshine because… virus.”. Only a politician could embrace such horsepucky.

I am certain the citizens of this nation would have responded responsibly without draconian decrees. What if I am wrong? Well, here’s where things get interesting. There’s this thing called a “tort”. A tort is a civil wrong. And there are also these things called a “criminal law”. You see, these same legislatures could make it a crime to infect someone and someone infecting another could be held financially liable.

Is this ideal? Far from it. I’d day such would be a nightmare to enforce and may well be tossed out of the courts anyway. Wait a minute… does that mean personal responsibility for spreading a virus could be held… unconstitutional? So what’s the answer?

How about we stop living in fear? How about we stop trying to find blame and make someone else pay for everything that happens? How about we go on about our lives rather than insulate ourselves from any and all potential issues?

One way or another this virus will run its course. Either way we are left with the aftermath. No matter how this pandemic was approached we would all end up about where we are now… questioning the effectiveness of the response and dealing with the details – all the while arguing about who is right about what. Like any of this will get us anywhere.

Back to the constitutional question, we are either self-governing or we are not. None of us were taught the civics lessons we needed to fully deploy a truly constitutional republic. Long before any of us were born the politicians divided up the citizenry like so much meat.

I’m glad Virginia’s 2A Sanctuary movement was mentioned. To me this may be one of the most significant events of my lifetime. Is this due to the results of the movement? No. The results, while satisfying encouraging as they were, proved ineffectual. No matter. There was a great civics lesson here for all us citizens. We can assert our authority and when we do, we make things happen. Granted, what “happened” turned out to be not so much BUT – this was far more demonstrative of our inherent power and authority than most anything in our lifetimes! It shined a light upon a path. The question now is… will we follow that path?

On the Road to Hell

In a moment I’ll link to an important read from John Whitehead at The Rutherford Institutite but first, my two-cents worth…

The old saying goes “The Road to hell is paved with good intentions.” When I look at what our “representatives” do day in and day out, I very much doubt this. Oh, they certainly pay lip service to “good intentions” but their real intent should be clear to anyone looking with a rational eye. They want power. Power is their end all and be all. With it they also gain wealth -OUR wealth. You need not take my word for it. Just look!

This pandemic throws back the curtain, revealing the true nature of those now in power. Witness their unbridled lust for power. In the article below John Whitehead details what is happening RIGHT NOW in the present.  These are not “conspiracy theories”. They are not visionary predictions. It is all going on right before your eyes. The question is what are YOU going to do about it?

The Slippery Slope to Despotism: Paved with Lockdowns, Raids and Forced Vaccinations

The only real power these despots have is what WE let them have. As citizens in this Constitutional Republic WE have the authority by right of birth. The controllers control. This is what they do. It is their nature. Their nature does not confer the authority to control any more than your natural tendency to procreate confers the authority to commit adultery. OUR authority, OUR birthright is a gift from Almighty God. With our birthright, we are endowed with stewardship of our nation. If we decline to step up and accept the responsibility inherent in our birthright – we will lose it all.

The ball is in your court.

God bless,

Andy

The Truth Is Right HERE!

The other day I met an impressive young man. He actively seeks God to the point where he has delved into scriptures while eschewing traditional church doctrine. One might think I am impressed with this fellow because his research validates much of what I have come to believe. No so, actually. From our conversation I’d say we indeed have come to some similar conclusions but I know from experience digging deep will likely turn up some strong points of contention. It reminds me of an experience when I was a young believer.

A friend of mine and myself happened upon a Christian man. We talked for a bit before he invited us in for further discussion. He sat down and opened his bible and began to verify and dispute things according to his understanding. Likewise, I encountered a pastor who visited my home every Wednesday evening to discuss a major point of contention. I remember little of the first instance other than I could not keep my eyes off his pretty daughter. Hey! I was young… okay? I was new and more along for the ride. As for the second round, the pastor would point out a scripture. I would read it and either say, “Yep, that is what it says!” or continue on to read the context. We both never got much past what we wanted to see. In all cases the truth was right there for those who would seek it.

Today, I point this revelation out to you. How many times has someone touted knowledge of this or that “secret message” in the bible or some other place? All my life I’ve come across this person or that alluding to some “hidden knowledge” guaranteed to change my life. It is all nonsense.

Back to the young man I met, he was long gone before I realized what should have been obvious: God isn’t “hiding” the truth from us! My own background began in scripture research and study. While I am grateful for this, I finally came to understand the “truth” is not in the “words” it is in the thoughts behind the words. This is not to say delving into scriptures is not useful or beneficial. It is not to say one need not consider the source – I’ve seen a single comma entirely change the meaning of a sentence – but the truth WILL out if you seek it.

So many gain recognition by claiming to have “found” truths “hidden for centuries”. I cannot count the number of times I’ve fallen for such garbage myself. Really!? Ask yourself… why? Why should any truth be hidden? Is it because “You can’t handle the truth!”? Actually that statement was proven wrong in the very movie from whence the quote is attributed.

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Jesus said this and much much more. Read the scriptural record again, if you haven’t already. Did Jesus reveal any new “truths”? No! He simply held forth the very same truths taught from the beginning!

Psalms 25:10 All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

While there are many things we do not know, we do have what we need!

2 Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

I’ll leave you with one example not directly connected with scripture – our Constitutional Republic.

Most of my posts in this blog center around the concept that our Constitutional Republic is, it itself, a gift from Almighty God. Who else has every stated this to you? Is it true? Do your “rights” as detailed in the Bill of Rights emanate from the Constitution? Are they “granted” by men? Does your right to govern yourself require permission from men? Does not all authority come from God Himself?

Nobody taught me any of this. I came to this conclusion by prayer and logical reasoning – tools available to every man, woman and child. This truth was never hidden, it simply was never taught. Thus this truth was not “revealed” to me. It is not a secret. So many times I want to kick myself because I failed to see it for most of my life. It was right in front of me all along.

This is true of ALL THE TRUTH YOU NEED to live a fruitful, prosperous, happy life. It is all right in front of you. All you need to is open your eyes and/or pray the scales be removed from them. Yes, some remain blinded.

2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

1 John 2:11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Some will ever fail to see the truth but this need not be you! If you are reading this, you are seeking and seeking the truth is the most important thing.

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

No one sincerely seeking God’s truth will be denied. NO ONE! God is NOT who is keeping you from knowing the truth. He puts everything we need right in front of our eyes. Those who are “blinded” have been deceived and misled. Many are happy to wallow in their deception. This need not be you. Seek the truth. It is not hard to find. It is right in front of you.

God bless,

Andy

Big Laugh!

Saw this in my internet wanderings today…

While I totally agree, it is laughable because we citizens have put up with this disgrace for decades. Said permission is as ingrained in our psyches as the ideas of government-dictated “minimum wages”, social security and a plethora of “mandates”.  Get real.

Now the controllers are breaking down our doors to collect the balance from our down payment. The bill? Our liberties. ALL of them. That is what they want and, unless we put our feet down, that is what they will get.

Permission to carry a gun? Please. Soon we will be asking permission to pee.

Have you had enough yet?

God bless,

Andy

The Clampdown

Yesterday, I urged you to get off the sidelines. Since then, Ken over at Knuckledraggin’ posted the article below:

American Thinker: Police State Dry Run A Huge Success

I’m reposting it here as it details what I was saying yesterday about the controller’s attempt to choke off our Republic. I only wish I had the time to do such research and writing!

Setting aside some gloom and doom, some profess hope that our economy can rebound. It can, of this I have no doubt. We are a nation of workers for the most part. However we are quickly becoming a nation of sluggards. The controllers desire the latter. Free men pose problems. Slaves, chattel or not, are much more pliable.

Yes, our economy can rebound but to what end? Will we slide back into producing to enrich our masters or will be break off the shackles that bind us – those tax, borrow and spend parasites controlling our nation and start fresh?

As I wrote before – if would only muster the will to tell the controllers to bug off once and for all – restore local control and run our nation as intended: from the bottom up as self-governing citizens – we would unleash a juggernaut championing freedom. Said freedom would embrace both economic and individual freedom and would flood the world in prosperity.

God bless,

Andy

Battle Lines Forming – Where do YOU Stand?

No one needs a crystal ball to see the present. The controllers demand obedience. Citizens – SOME citizens are pushing back. Here are some notes on the swirl of events without comment:

Elon Musk defies Alameda County shutdown orders, opens his Tesla plant. County officials back down.

Michigan citizens swarm Lancaster in protest of Governor’s lockdown.

Pennsylvania counties pledge to reopen for business despite Governor’s orders.

Wisconsin Court rules lock down unconstitutional

Citizens are exercising our prerogative to overrule overzealous politicians. That’s a good thing, but let us not overlook the rest. In other headlines, citizens are being arrested for “civil disobedience”, the controllers are rolling out new technologies to spy on citizens such as infrared cameras on drones and other devices geared towards monitoring every step we take. Other controllers propose mandatory testing and even “papers” to  carry and present to prove citizens have jumped though whatever hoops they deem prudent.

No matter what concessions are won in the short term, the controllers will shoot for long-ranging controls to maintain leverage their power. This battle has just begun. The question is: where are YOU?

The simple fact is, most citizens will remain on the sidelines, watching the show. Such things have always been this way. In this case, watching is loosing liberty. Our government – our TRUE government – our Constitutional Republic is a SELF-GOVERNMENT.  Participation is our duty if we want it to work. That so many sit on the sidelines is the very reason for the  mess we are in today. Your country needs you!

When WE THE PEOPLE show up in force  – things happen. Good things. The controllers fear us and they should. They also despise us and we’ve earned that. As long as we allow them to pull the strings, they can laugh at us as they make us dance to any tune they wish.

The battle lines are drawn. Whether liberty prevails or the controllers tighten their grasp is up to you. Are you in or out?

God bless,

Andy

Shadowbanned or Something Else

The other day I came across a post from someone who says they are being shadowbanned on Twitter. I understand the concern on two levels:

First, I seem to rarely see posts from those I follow. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, I dunno.

Second, my own posts consistently only get one or two “likes” at most. Very rarely do I get retweeted. Hopefully, vanity is not so much an issue as I  wonder whether what I am saying is worthwhile at all. Am I boring people? Am I “that guy” people see coming, roll their eyes and duck to avoid?

If I was to guess, my guess would be I am not just using Twitter effectively. I’ll be the first to admit I’m a social-media neophyte – to put it politely. At best I’m a fish out of water.

I’d be happy to hear from anyone who cares to reach out.

God bless,

Andy
