The Undeclared War in America

Liberty is under attack. I, for one, will defend it.

Note: from here on out my posts for GOD and the Republic will be published on my blog at “TheLibertyCoalition.org”. I will continue to posts links to anyone subscribing to this newsletter. Please subscribe below if you would like notifications of new articles vis substack.

For anyone reading the last post, I owe you an apology. Thus I hereby apologize for indicating our nation is lost and we should abandon the idea of restoring it. While the darkness encompassing our land seems to continue to deepen all is not lost. Light dispels darkness. Our forefathers put everything on the line, their wealth, their lives, their families to found this nation. Should any of us be willing to forfeit any less? Are we so enslaved by our possessions, our way of life, deteriorating as it is, to hang on at all costs? Granted, the “fear of loss” is hard-wired into the human brain, however we can utilize this wiring to our advantage. How? By re-framing how and what is at stake, by reassessing what we value. For example:

The house I live in is paid for. It is no palace but, other than property theft taxes, it is ours. I suppose that if I kept my mouth shut and stayed my keyboard, I could live out my life without much risk to losing our home. Now considering how the destruction of our liberties have ramped up by the usurping globalists, I can see where I could be labeled a terrorist simply for opposing the current regime. What is to stop them from seizing our house, indeed, all of our property as they would if we were say, dealing drugs? Farfetched? No. Not any more. Already federal law provides for asset forfeiture for “terrorist activities”. While I’ve always maintained such forfeitures are unconstitutional as well as unconscionable, my objections to this practice, as well as the objections of countless others, have not ended these draconian measures. The bottom line is, like it or not, agree with it or not, everything is on the table.

The real question is, will I allow this “fear of loss” stop me from speaking out? Similarly, am I willing to put my family at risk also? The only real answer that comes to mind is: keeping silent will not save them. My silence would more likely condemn them to an even greater hell, such as living in the society we are fast becoming. To put it another way: I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees. Likewise, I’d rather my loved ones were condemned to death than forced to live as slaves. Of course, I’m sure they could all “save themselves” by denouncing me. If offered this option, they are free to choose as far as I’m concerned.

So what brought me back around? While it wasn’t just one thing however, KrisAnne Hall’s movie Noncompliant was a major factor. Ms. Hall has this annoying ability to inspire and reenergize my belief in our Constitutional Republic. Much of what she says reinforces much of what I’ve ascertained myself. The difference is she is a constitutional lawyer and teacher, whereas I’m just some duffer off the street. Of course, I’ve also learned a ton from her teaching. While I might grasp the overall concept from my self-studies, she goes into details, citing historical documents and events, as well as legal arguments that I’d otherwise be ignorant of.

One of the latest articles on her site is guest post from R. Altomare,

Founder of BreathEasy, “Buckle Up, Buttercup”. He correctly states “We are at war”. While this concept is nothing new, the details of this modern version are quite well laid out. The crux of Altomare’s missive is to encourage the reader to fight on. Point well taken.

These are not the only encouragements to fly in my face. The final push came from within, if not directly from God Almighty. No, no bush was burned nor did any blinding light shine from heaven. It was during my morning prayer time, towards the end when I tend to quiet my own mouth and mind and just reflect and listen. What came to me was the question, “What of God’s gifts am I prepared to walk away from?”. Take nothing from the wording. Even if a direct quote would be “are you” rather than “am I”, I could not say for sure what the source of question was. Far more important is the realization that our Constitution and the Republic established by this venerable document remains a Gift from Almighty God. As such it is not something to be taken or disposed of lightly.

How does this change things? How does it affect my own plans and/or approach? For the most part, this changes little. I will continue to speak and post the truth as I understand it. One aspect I do expect to further explore is my role in local self-governance. For quite some time now, I’ve advocated reclaiming our nation on a county by county level. My advocacy mostly consists of articles and posts. I think it is time to turn further inward and, once again, put my money where my mouth, er keyboard, is. I keep saying we need to take back our town, county and school boards – as well as gather locally to make our wills known to those who represent us – to the end of holding them accountable and ensuring they truly do represent us rather than any power brokers holding purse strings.

For those of you reading this, please pray for guidance and inspiration for me as I move forward. It is my hope to post some real life progress that will enlighten and inspire others. KrisAnne Hall has stated more than once her belief it only takes three percent to effect change. This figure brings to mind the concept of the “three percenters”, popular a few years ago. This faction grew from the legend that just three percent of the colonists fought in the American Revolution. I have no idea if this is related at all to what Ms. Hall speaks of, however I find the reference somewhat intriguing and will surely post more on it as I learn more.

Independence Day and Beyond and a new substack article

Okay, okay, first things first – I posted an article “Happy Independence Day” on substack July 4th in lieu of Tuesday’s regular article. What I didn’t do (obviously) is post a link here, as well as elsewhere. While it is still relevant, it is not exactly timely. So gripe if you want to.

Next up – Prepare for yet another attack on our G0d-given rights.

As far as I’m concerned, it’s well past time for some common sense politician control. Seriously (apparently Kameltoe’s word of the day), who died and made these politicians God anyhow? Of course, I refer to the knee-jerk, fully-automatic, military-style rhetoric spewing from the mouth of every socialist authoritarian politician concerning the now infamous shooting at Highland Park, Illinois.

No, I will not go into the well-word details on the number of dead (God rest their souls and be with their families), the kook behind the trigger, the media madness or any of the rest of the circus spontaneously combusting from this tragic event. Instead I’ll laser focus on the aftermath.

As with Las Vegas, Buffalo, Uvade, or any number of like tragedies, do not expect to see a forensic evaluation of what exactly happened from me or anyone else, including, or especially law enforcement. You might see a great deal of speculation about the involvement of nefarious organizations, including some tax-payer funded entities. It has already been reported the FIBs knew about this kook. I’ll leave it at that.

Back to the aftermath, we all know what’s coming. Already, the announcements are inundating the airwaves and cyberspace. It won’t be long before a slew of bills are introduced or dusted off. I already posted on the substact article Here We Are… Again (kinda eerily prophetic, ain’t it?) about HR127. That bill is Sheila Jackson Lee’s legislative gun control vibrator, sure to bring the entire left to new orgasmic heights should it ever pass.  Believe it or don’t there are other, even more sensual bills waiting in the wings.

To date, Virginias Nick Freitas said it best before the Virginia Assembly back in 2018 (okay it only seems prophetic but really it only seems that way because the authoritarians have nothing new at all to add to their playbook.)

He first came to my attention when he gave another speech, one I feel was even more powerful because he stated unequivocally that the controllers only want one thing… more control.

Mark Robinson – now NC’s Lt. Governor – spoke for the majority, i.e. law abiding citizens here:

The authoritarians, the gun controllers have nothing new, but that doesn’t stop them. Nothing will stop them until  WE stop them cold and tell them NO! Our rights are God-given and you cannot have them.

They have no authority to take them.

Our rights – ALL of our rights – are not only God-given but we hold them in trust. It is OUR duty to preserve them.

The controllers only want control, control they have no right to. They are usurpers. They are thieves and liars. They are evil and we cannot stand for it.

It is time for common sense politician control. We the People need to take back the reins from these sycophants who lay at the feet of their masters, those money-men who bought them.

We need to put people on office who will represent us. They are rarely to be found in any political party. I’d say men such as Nicolas Freitas and Mark Robinson are the exception rather than the rule. We need more willing to stand up and be heard as they have.

White Supremacy, Insurrection, and Gun Violence

and the true weapons of war

Posting Articles to Substack

On Saturday I began posting articles on Substack. My goal is to build a larger audience. What does this mean for TLC? I don’t know. I doubt if I can keep up both as writing posts/articles is very time consuming for me. It’s been hard enough trying to be consistent with this blog. I’m starting out with the aim to post twice a week to Substack. At this point, there is no paid version but this may change. If anyone bothered to look, my “donation meter” hasn’t budged in like forever. Whatever my posts have been valued at, monetarily they are apparently worthless. So be it.

For what this is worth, the first article is below

No Joe Biden, you CANNOT control our guns

Supreme Court Protests, War – So Much to Keep Up With!

My apologies to anyone stopping by during the past few days expecting to see something new. On a personal note, I’ve been writing articles to promote my book and disputing with an online publisher about it. I ended up pulling my articles from their site with the intention of publishing them on my own site AMHavens.com. At least there I have complete and total control (evil laugh). The downside is traffic is not nearly as substantial. The reasoning that won out, other than the principle that I was absolutely in line with their TOS and still they whined, was if I that extra traffic cannot be at least introduced to my book, what good does it do me? That and I’m a pigheaded jerk, to keep things clean.

In other news, I’m working on my garden. This is not a new thing but I am determined to expand on the success I had last year – my best year yet. The timing of things doesn’t hurt either. While I’ve been attempting to green up my thumb for years, the fearmongering as of late is certainly an added incentive.

Finally, the progeny is descending on the homestead this week and thus preparations are being made. This will be the first time in a couple of years so other things must take a back seat.

All that said, I feel compelled to at least agree with Tucker Carlson on one point – these recent protests and attacks on the Supreme Court justices as well as those on churches and pro-life organizations is indeed an attack on Christianity. It is as if Christ is once again being displayed by Pilate and the crowd is screaming “crucify him!”. Strangely enough, I wrote something just yesterday (yet unpublished) about the word “crucify”. Metaphorically, some say the word means to utterly destroy something. This rings true to me. Also yesterday, I concluded Carlson does not claim Christ. It is an observation rather than an accusation, as I noticed he always refers to Christians as “them” instead of “us”. It is a shame. Hopefully he will see the light.

On Twitter, I’ve had some revelations and some thoughts.

They released their earnings a week or so ago. They are bleeding money. So far it is a relatively small wound but they are not making a profit nonetheless.

As I purchased too late, I did not qualify for a dividend, had they actually turned a profit. Should I hold on to my stock AND they actually make a profit AND declare a dividend, I would then qualify. Then again, I’m didn’t buy the stock for the dividends. Even so, I DO expect them to be profitable as they are in business and not charity.

In the proxy info, I also learned I do not yet have a vote in the upcoming annual stockholder’s meeting. Again, I bought too late.

In addition I found out I have far less say than I thought I might. For instance one must own 1% of the company to recommend a board member. From what I was able to ascertain, it was a cursory glance so I need to verify this, I can band together with other stockholders so together, we can put up someone for the board, even if none of us has that magical 1%. Let’s run some numbers for the fun of it.  First…

Musk owns 73,486,938 shares of Twitter, which represents a 9.2% passive stake in the company, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission 13G filing released Monday. The stake is worth $2.89 billion, based Twitter’s closing price Friday April 4, 2022

source: cnbc (I know… right?)

Okay so the price fluctuates meaning any calculations depend on settling on a stable price. Thus let’s fudge a bit. There are about 764 million Twitter shares outstanding. So 1% would be  7,640,000 million shares. I have ten shares. so I’m about 7,639,990 shares short of 1%. Put another way, from the figures in the cnbc story, 10% was worth about oh, let’s say, $3 billion give or take. Ten percent of $3 billion is $300 million. Either way you look at it, I’m a few dollars short.

Now if Twitter stock dropped to a penny per share, it would still cost me $80,000 to buy my 1%. It would take some doing. I may or may not make that but why in the world would I sink that kind of money into Twitter at that point?

Long story short, ain’t no way I’m owning enough Twitter to have a real voice. I haven’t looked into other aspects yet but I’m pretty sure I could still be a thorn in the corporate side. Once again, my idea of a shareholder group looms large. My voice might still be tiny but at least I’d have a chance to be heard, as would anyone else. But there’s another rub.

I’d also have to own the stock for three years. Yup. Can they do that? I’d say they can. Granted, this could be challenged in court but chances are, only the lawyers would win that one. In a way, this obstacle actually makes some sense. Considering my lowly stock holdings would have to work to be a drop in the capital bucket, imagine thousands of us stockholders all making countless demands and such. Stretch that imagination to include the idea that anyone could buy a single share and immediately start making demands. Such may be the ruin of any business. So, I can see the point of it and I don’t necessarily disagree.

Considering all of the above, I’d say the larger lesson is such adventures require much planning and some serious scouting. Now I did not have to prove I was a stockholder to gain access to the above information. I’m reasonably certain this would be true in most, if not all cases concerning public corporations. Additionally, the sheer scale of any corporation raising money should be taken into context.

While I am not ready to abandon the ideas of influencing corporate policies from the shareholder perspective, the stark reality of such an attempt tends to be a bit daunting. To be sure, such a reality exists for our constitutional aspects as well.

WE the People are the massive obstacle the authoritarians must face in order to have their way. To an extent, their outlook is far darker as WE CITZENS are limited to a single vote each. Thus it becomes obvious why the controllers are so intent on stuffing our ranks with illegals and then giving them voting “rights”. They cannot tip the scales in their favor otherwise.

The point we should all take on this is none of us can do this by ourselves. We need each other. We need to stick together as citizens, sovereign or corporate, and stand strong in the face of those who would grind us down.

Was January 6 Deja Vu?

Yesterday I watched a film that made my jaw drop. It was based on a historical event that happened right here in the US of A. All I could think as I watched this movie was – January 6. Yet the events of this story occurred more than a century ago. There were some similarities in the circumstances of both events but for the most part they were very different. Only the reaction was, in some ways, a carbon copy of how our government is handling what occurred on that day.

The movie is The Conspirator. It is by no whiff of the imagination a “right wing propaganda piece”. In fact, in some other light, just the opposite is more likely to be inferred.

It is the story of Mary Surratt. She was a southern woman, a Confederate supporter who ran a boarding house in Washington D. C. when Lincoln was shot. She was implicated in the plot to assassinate the President, Vice-President Johnson and  Secretary of State Seward because her son, a friend of John Wilkes Booth and, allegedly a co-conspirator met at her boarding house to further their plans.  Here are some of the similarities I saw.

(spoiler alert!)

Mary Surratt was charged because of her proximity to some of the bad actors.

Little or no evidence was forthcoming.

The evidence that was presented was thin, at best, and possibly false.

She was held without bail until trial in a dank cell. Though I imagine it may be better accommodations than those of some J6 prisoners and she was likely treated better.

The prosecution stacked the deck against her. A civilian, she was tried by a military court rather than a jury of her peers in a civilian court.

She was going to be tried to appease those who abhorred the assassination.

While she was found guilty, her original sentence was life rather than hanging.

The powers that be demanded and got the death penalty for her.

A writ of habeas corpus was obtained, granting her a civilian trial. The writ was overruled by President Johnson, who had zero authority to do so.

Of course, this dark chapter in our history envelopes the worst moment of our nation. In fact, one could say, and yes, I do say it, if our constitution was followed, this nation as it stands today would not exist at all.

The Confederates were not “rebels”. These sovereign southern states did not attempt to “overthrow” the Union, they seceded – they opted out.  It was their absolute right. Now I am not going to debate their intentions or the merits or demerits of their contentions. What I will say is they had every right to act as they did, even if they were wrong.

The Union had already trashed the Constitution many times over. Thus the monkey trial of Mary Surratt pales by comparison. Yet the total disregard for her rights as a citizen and as a human being should glare as a festering sore on this nation’s history.

It is not the first, the only nor the last time the powers that illegitimately be, have trampled on the rights of us citizens – individually and as a group. Every instance is an affront to our sovereignty as citizens.

Someone once put forth an analogy concerning illicit sex that works here. He said illicit sex was like duct tape. Used once the very strong adhesive binds two together so it is very difficult to separate them. However once the tape is removed and applied to another and the bond becomes weaker. When repeated over and over again, eventually there is not enough adhesive to bond at all.

The same thing can be said for our rights as enumerated in the Constitution. Each time an amendment is “temporarily” lifted from our founding document it needs to be bound back in but each time the bond is weaker. At some point, a point we are dangerously close to, the bond will be too weak to stick at all.

Don’t take my word for it, watch The Conspirator for yourself. Compare that story with the plight of the J6 political prisoners. The details are different for sure but the substance – the stark obliteration of these citizens’ rights to appease a handful of political cockroaches, if not to deflect attention and shelter them from their own treasonous actions, is glaring.

Misinformation My ASS!

In my last post, I kinda got a bit heated concerning Mayorkas and his partners in obscurification. For this I do NOT apologize. Ever. if anything I did not go far enough. That said, I kinda wanted to shed some light on this whole “misinformation”, “disinformation” kick the left is bound to hound these days. First, let’s take another look at those definitions I found in Grrrgle.

Both of these definitions point to “false information”. Let’s drop the kid gloves, shall we? These are lies, plain and simple. Now that these terms are revealed for what they truly are, we all know what group is most proficient in propagating lies. For those of you in Egypt visiting denial, that would be politicians. Of course, they’ve built themselves tremendous support systems, supported and paid for by us taxpayers. Their corporate masters tell them what to say, often word for word, and they spew it forth like the good little sycophants they are.

On a side note, the above should give some indication just how stupid the political class is. They’ve worked for decades to enrich the moneyed elite while they only get a comparable pittance for themselves. Compare billions to millions and this becomes obvious. Granted, the politicians cannot be to brazen in their corruption or some of us sleeping citizens may come out of our slumber.

Coming back to my main point here, the crux of all of this is plain, old fashioned truth vs lies.

The worst part of all of this is I’m hearing so much wailing about all of this. People are whining about how this will “destroy democracy” and what a lousy choice this wacko chic – Nina Jankowicz is to head this debacle. Well, their not wrong but they are missing the real point.
Some have said it. Tucker Carlson started out in this vein. Chris Salcedo went straight for the jugular. The federal government has no authority to do this. None whatsoever. Period.
Enough said.

Mayorkas Smyorkas – You Know Where You Can Stuff Your “Misinformation Board”

By now we’ve all heard it.

“During a House Appropriations Subcommittee hearing on DHS’s budget Wed. afternoon,  Mayorkas said, “Our Undersecretary for Policy, Rob Silvers is co-chair with our Principal Deputy General Counsel, Jennifer Gaskell, in leading a just recently constituted misinformation disinformation governance board.”

source: American Greatness

Most are calling the board the “Ministry of Truth” citing Orwell’s classic 1984. Many, myself included are beginning to view Orwell’s book as more prophecy than fiction. Scripturally speaking, for a biblical prophet to be considered a true prophet, he had to be 100% accurate. Anything less was false. Talk about your rigid standards. It makes me wonder what the standard for “information” might be.

As Tucker Carlson pointed out last night (Thursday), Mayorkas did not deign to define how “misinformation or disinformation” is defined and who might be charged with defining it.

As for myself, I question by what authority Mr. Mayorkas or his purported boss, Joey Biden this board was “constituted”. I see the entire concept completely devoid of any reason, real or imagined, to exist. That said, let’s explore the idea for a bit.

As Carlson mentioned, defining “misinformation” or “disinformation is a bit of a challenge. Actually defining such is so much of an issue as much as who will determine what falls into the category. For the moment, lets take a look at some definitions.

source: These images are snapshots of a Grrrgle search result.

Interesting. Note they both state the terms refer to false information intended to deceive or mislead. The word “disinformation” specifically cites government propaganda. Hmmm.  Now THAT’S enlightening.  What government organization (s) have Mayorkas and company set their sights on? Are federal, state or local governments the target? Who else do they want to look at. HEY! Alejandro! Yeah YOU! Dude. I can help you here.

Why don’t you start with politicians Al? Now I know your instinct is to head straight for anyone with an (R) after their name and title but really, why not start with the big mess? Come on Al, don’t pretend you don’t know who I mean. I’m talking about the (D)s. Want me to name them? Tell you what, I’ll toss out a last name only and you come up with the first name… okay? Biden, Harris, Pelosi, Schumer, Merrick, Mayorkas. Yeah. YOU! Can you remember way, way, waaaay back to Wednesday? When you testified, TESTIFIED UNDER OATH

“We inherited a broken and dismantled system that is already under strain. It is not built to manage the current levels and types of migratory flows. Only Congress can fix this,” Mayorkas said at the Appropriations subcommittee hearing.

“Yet, we have effectively managed an unprecedented number of noncitizens seeking to enter the United States and interdicted more drugs and disrupted more smuggling operations than ever before.”

Source: CNN

Really? Do you sincerely want to go there? Shall we compare your numbers with those of  your predecessor? You know the truth but you dare not speak it. So tell me… how do you propose to penalize disseminators of “disinformation”? Huh?

Don’t ask for my opinion because I’ll tell you, in detail, what a disgrace you and your cohorts are. You should be forcibly removed from office, banned from ever stepping into any position of  public trust and stripped of any and all benefits, but only after due process has been served.

Have you or your cohorts even given a thought to due process concerning the political prisoners from January 6? I would not stoop to your level by denying what you have denied these citizens, but the damage to our nation, as evidenced by the results of your mismanagement, either by design or by incompetence is far greater than any of the damage done on January 6 – and I include those whom I suspect were acting on behalf of one three-letter agency or another, if not Nancy Pelosi and company herself.

Like I said, pal, you do NOT want to go there. My advice is you should quietly drop this idea. Just let it go. Even better, simply resign. It would be the one single best thing you could likely manage to do as I doubt you  have the cojones to admit your wrongs.

Now get out of my face.

So Twitter and Elon is a Done Deal – What Now?

It was announced yesterday after the market closed. The Twitter board accepted Elon’s deal. What was all that about? Last I knew, they were ready to swallow a poison pill. Might it have something to do with their fiduciary responsibility as I mentioned in a previous post? Funny thing is, I saw a clip from some fool at BSNBC talking about “fiduciary responsibility”. Either he had no clue what term meant or he was depending on the supposition his audience had no clue. Well, what do you expect from such people anyway?

So many people on the right are applauding Elon’s “win” while the left is bemoaning the total obliteration of “democracy”.  You know, that sort of democracy whereas the only correct words are those spoon-fed us from government authorities and their elite handlers. Bite me.

Even Tucker Carlson got in on the act, declaring Elon as the man of the hour, the only one brave enough to save us. All I could think of was “here we go again.” Look, I’m glad Elon took the initiative. I’m glad he forced Twitter’s hand. That said, I don’t think for a minute his was the best possible outcome. Why? Because Elon is one man. Mark Levin hit the nail on the head Sunday night.

In his monologue, Levin, broke down the common terms bandying about these days: America First, Nationalist, Populist, and so forth. While he did not expressly put it as I would, he finally got down to brass tacks. We are self-governing citizens in a Constitutional Republic. This is the basis for our nation and that basis necessarily forms a decentralized  government.

In this same sense, Elon Musk is essentially becoming the dictator of Twitter. HE owns (or will own) most of it – enough where what HE says goes. The outcome of such an arrangement depends on who is in charge. In Elon Musk’s case, I do believe he is sincere in his quest to free our nations tongues. Such is not the case at FnBook or other social media platforms. Does anyone see the problem here?

This is why I own Twitter and this is why I am loathe to give it up. It is not good enough for my voice to be heard on Twitter. I want my voice to be heard as one invested in the platform – someone with a dog in the fight.

It’s not too late but, as I’ve stated so many times, I am only one voice. It is weak. It has limitations. Alone me and my handful of shares are nothing. With others, with you, I am stronger. With us, we are mighty. This is why I’m asking you to pick up a few shares yourself, if you can afford it.

There are several brokers can facilitate your purchase. I use Webull. I chose them because they had the best offer at the time. At this writing they still do. I ended up with nearly $30 in free stocks for signing up and funding my account. Others could end up with more or less (the least amount would be 5 stocks at $3 each). And of course those stocks could grow or shrink in value. Either way, instead of providing a link in the post, I put it in a widget at your right. Feel free to use Webull or someone else. What matters more is if Twitter is owned by a huge number of patriots instead of just one man. I’d like to see the company stay public in such a case. Otherwise it will be a privately held corporation.

What’s Next In My Devious Plan?

I promised in my last post so here it is. Mind you, this latest news is likely to change things and thwart my plans altogether.

First I’d planned on contacting shareholder services at Twitter and requesting any and all information I could get my hands on. Annual reports, bylaws and so forth.

Next, I thought I’d start a Twitter Shareholder’s site where we all could debate on the direction of the company and how we see things moving forward. It would also be a place where we could hold straw votes on issues. Put forth candidates for the board and such.

Beyond that, I had no plans other than see what trouble the bylaws would allow me to get into. You’d be surprised what can be done if one simply reads the rules. 🙂

However, as it appears I am yet again just one voice crying in the wilderness, I’m not seeing any great need to go forward. It appears Elon will complete his purchase. I may or may not sell my shares. Much depends on how I expect it all to play out. If I can remain a minority shareholder I might just keep my fingers in the pie. The worst that can happen is I lose a few hundred bucks.

Support US Freedom Convoy!

The latest from Canada is Trudeau and company began their attack by arresting at least three of the leaders of the Freedom Convoy. Now they have expanded their efforts and are making mass arrests. Once again the authoritarians have placed snipers on roofs. Why? These truckers have never been a threat to anyone as far as I can see.

There can be only one reason why Trudeau  is arresting rather than meeting with these truckers. He has absolutely no intention of relinquishing the power he as usurped no matter what the cost. Again I ask… will Trudeau attempt a trial massacre?  Will the truckers arrested be Canada’s J6 POW’s? Time will tell.

How does this bode for the US Freedom Convoy?

My understanding is The US version of the Freedom Convoy is to begin on Wednesday February 23, 2022. Already we’ve seen rumblings from Washington about similar measures planned by our own government to upend any “dissension”.  Any citizen who dares say anything contrary to this administration’s view is already deemed a “terrorist”.  We cannot allow this!

To this end I’m advocating citizens across the nation show our support by meeting at our respective county courthouses – outside, of course. This is just a show of support.  As we are represented in both state federal governments, our presence should send a clear message that we support these truckers and freedom in general.

I set the time for all of this to begin 6PM so more who hold day jobs have a better chance of attending. Hopefully Patriots at many locations will keep the vigil going from dawn to dusk until our truckers reach D.C.

Let’s go viral. Please post the above meme anywhere and everywhere you can!

We ARE the government in this nation. Our elected officials and representatives work for US. It is about time we made this clear.

Freedom VS Tyranny

Yesterday, cowardly Justin Trudeau invoked Canada’s “Emergency Powers Act”. Never before has this been done. I had search a bit deep to uncover what this actually is. According to Wikipedia the “Emergencies Act” was passed in 1988. The entry reads as thus:

The Emergencies Act (FrenchLoi sur les mesures d’urgence) is a law passed by the Parliament of Canada in 1988 which authorizes the federal government to take extraordinary temporary measures to respond to public welfare emergencies, public order emergencies, international emergencies and war emergencies. It is considered to provide “the stiffest government emergency powers of any emergency law in Canada”.[1]: 16  The law repeals the War Measures Act passed in 1914 and asserts that any actions of the government continue to be subject to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Bill of Rights.

Apparently, this isn’t enough because Trudeau is indeed making stuff up as he goes along i.e. expanding his “powers” to shut down any funding via cryptocurrency and crowdfunding organizations. Now, I see this as going one of two ways, either the original act is so vague as it essentially “grants” unlimited authority or spells out what can and cannot be done and Trudeau is ignoring any limitations. The latter, of course, is unacceptable while the former, at least in my understanding of U.S. law would render the act void. It makes enough sense so I think we can generally agree that any law written so it is fuzzy about what it says is unenforceable. For example, no body of lawmakers could pass a law saying “You can’t do that.” An absurd example, yes, but poignant, don’t you think?

If this is not a solid legal principle, it should be. I’ve added such to my own notes.

My understanding is some arrests have been made. Here’s where I stand on this: if someone, a protestor, a politician, an average citizen, a law enforcement officer breaks a law, said law should be enforced. So far, the only laws I’ve seen enforced are those favoring the authoritarians. The excuse given by them is, well, the protestors are terrorists. They are insurrectionists and so on. No. That doesn’t wash with me. If you do the crime be prepared to do the time. During this entire pandemic, we’ve seen authoritarians impose all sorts of rules with zero regard to due process. They just “assume” the authority. I say, assuming authority you do not have is, in itself, a crime. If no such law exists, I’m all for adding one to the books and I am no fan of new legislation. I think we’re overregulated as citizens already.

What this showdown is coming to is a battle between the elite authoritarians and citizens. First things first, while I somewhat disdain protests, at least in our nation, they are perfectly legal and protected acts with centuries of historical precedent. What they are not, are acts of terrorism. Neither do they carry even a hint of insurrection. Both of these terms are well-defined and understood. For those who want to play stupid, blocking a bridge, while likely illegal, is not a terrorist act, while blowing up a bridge may be seen as such, if not an act of war. The former is in the realm of civil disobedience. Now let us consider the actions of the authoritarians.

As I stated before, any time anyone in a position of authority enforces a legally enacted law within the scope of that legislation, then they are simply doing what they are charged to do. Such is perfectly acceptable and expected.  Once such a person, or any person who finds themselves in a position of authority begins calling citizens names like “racists” and “terrorists” simply because they do not like the actions of said citizens, once they begin using these terms to justify infringing in the rights of citizens, then the actions of said authoritarians become illegal in and of themselves. This same principle can be applied to all who are holding our own January 6 POWs in despicable and reprehensible conditions, denying not only their rights as citizens but their human rights.

Our Canadian brothers could be facing a similar fate. Now, I’ll grant you, some of those with a far-reaching voice covering a much greater range than my own are charging, speculating even, that these Canadian protestors could essentially be permanently stripped of their very rights as citizens. Indeed, I’ve seen some threats in this realm myself, as in officials stating protesters could lose their license to drive a truck. In other words, their ability to pursue their livelihood.

All of this despite apparently growing support for the protestors across Canada.  Here’s a clue Clouseau Trudeau, if half your nation agrees with the protestors, they are not terrorists. In fact, if nobody agrees with any single protester, s/he is still not a terrorist.

While the truckers’ actions are well in line with long-established historical precedent, Trudeau’s response is nothing less than tyrannical. From his early declaration saying this was just a “fringe” group to calling protesters racist and worse to allowing, if not directing, law enforcement and others to thwart the protesters by any means necessary. Where will it end?

Just now I viewed a video update on the latest happenings. (It was released less than an hour before I saw it.) They addressed the false flag “confiscation” of illegal weapons reported all over the media yesterday.  It was pointed out the pictures of the weapons cache were taken, not where they were allegedly “found” but rather were put on display. Also noted, there was no mention of any search warrants or any other legal procedures. They say arrests were made but I’ve yet to hear anyone named. The most compelling point leading be to believe the truckers had nothing to do with these weapons is their reaction. They are shutting down the protest at this location. They’ve vowed to remain peaceful and even cheered law enforcement, inviting them to dine with them. Absolutely graceful. Then they prayed. You tell me… are these the actions of violent people?

On another note on the video, they showed where law enforcement went all out to disable excavators brought to the site. They cut battery cables, solenoid wires as well as several other things to make it very hard to use this equipment. Then they admitted they did it! Law enforcement said they didn’t want the equipment to be used to cause damage. This is vandalism at the very least. Criminal mischief?  I don’t know. I’m no lawyer, but I’d sure like to see where these “public servants” got the idea they had some right to destroy private property, which by the way, was ON private property. At one point they’d asked the truckers to move the vehicles so they wouldn’t obscure anyone’s view. The truckers, of course, politely complied. This is the thanks they get.

From everything I’ve seen these truckers are upstanding citizens vowing to proceed peaceably and honorably. Yet they are treated as if they were criminals. No, strike that, criminals get better treatment.

What will this mean for the rest of us if Trudeau manages to squash these citizens? Will this encourage other tyrants to hammer down on anyone who dares to question or complain? Certainly this is their desire. We cannot allow this to happen. To allow it is to foment more tyranny and if you think it cannot happen in these United States, think again.

To quote the current White House pResident… “our patience is wearing thin”. WE will not tolerate violence. We will not stand idly aside while the authoritarians trample over citizens and our God-given rights.  However, there is a silver lining in all of this.

As the pandemic has pulled back the curtain on the true nature of the authoritarians, just as our eyes have been opened as to what goes on behind closed classroom doors, citizens are now beginning to clearly see just how devious and underhanded the controllers are. We now know what happens when citizens do not bow to their commands. If we are not horrified and yes, somewhat daunted, at the task before us where we can now come to grips with all that needs to be dismantled then we have not learned our lesson.

The key issue is here decentralization. Our nation was founded on the principle of a limited central government with the bulk of the duties and responsibilities falling on local and then state governments. For too long we citizens have sloughed off our responsibilities. We’ve handed them over to the care and feeding of state and federal government. It’s time to do our duty as citizens. We need to stop whining about “them”, step up and take charge of our representatives as self-governing  citizens of a Constitutional Republic.

The Sunday Review – Putting It All Together

Yeah, so “all” might be a bit ambitious, but several stories popped up this morning to offer perspective on several posts. First, if you haven’t noticed, I’m silent on the Russia/Ukraine rumblings, as well as China/Taiwan. To me this is all diversionary until it’s not. So there is that. Now for the updates. Most of these are gleamed from The Gateway Patriot. While they are certainly not my only source of news, they seem to break more stories earlier than many other sources. Not only that, I see stories there that are never reported elsewhere. Case in point.

MOMENTUM IS GROWING: Now Six Counties in Wisconsin Are Reportedly Calling for Speaker Vos to Resign

Now you might ask, why is this even important? Connect this dot to the 2A Sanctuary movement, to Virginia’s last election, to the Freedom Convoy. Each one of these “dots” represent citizens standing up to reclaim our rightful place. They also mark an important principle:

If We the People are going to reclaim our county – we need to do so county by county.

Now, I’ve been a consistently strong advocate for this but it is not “my” idea, nor am I the sole proponent. Thank GOD! My little voice counts for nothing really. However if my little voice is joined by other voices, our influence goes. NOT our “power” but our influence. This is the beauty of a decentralized government. Each citizen has exactly the same measure of “power”. We each have one voice and one vote. When enough of us agree on the same thing, we can bring that thing to pass… within limits. What limits? The limits within our Constitution, of course. In other words, we cannot, Constitutionally speaking, all agree to “infringe on the right to keep and bear arms”. Obviously this limitation has been ignored but ignorance does not supersede the law of the land.

Now I like Emerald Robinson’s tweets. She is often profound and thought provoking. In fact, the above tweet is also thought provoking, but she is 100% wrong on this one. The Constitution, beaten, trampled, battered as it is, remains the Law of the Land. Nobody has dared declare it “officially” dead. Nobody has even suggested anything in its place. Thus the federal government DOES have a legal boundary and it is this same Constitution of the United States for America. I do care a whit what the usurpers consider themselves. WE the People are the government. Period. End of discussion. Next.

BREAKING

WINDSOR POLICE MOVE IN – Begin Removing Protesters Blocking Ambassador Bridge to US — Snipers on the Roof – City Buses Arrive for Arrests — Media Warned to Move Back

Actually, the above broke yesterday, but I want to focus your attention on the highlighted part of the headline – Snipers on the Roof. This for a blockade and a protest. Does the Canadian government intend to shoot people for speaking their minds?

This meme was from a few months ago. Australia has already located people to quarantine camps or whatever they call them. (#7). We are now witnessing #8. Theft of property was documented a few days ago in Ottawa where police stole fuel (and who knows what else?) from truckers. The police themselves openly admitted to the crimes they themselves were committing. Ashley Babbitt was murdered on Jan 6 in front of the nation. She was not the only one our government has murdered. Will we see  a trial massacre in Windsor next?

Keep in mind, globalization is the stated goal of those who consider themselves “elite” and events are happening on a global scale so do not limit yourself to thinking only about events here in the states. Not long ago I posted on false flags, including one to slander peaceful protesters in Brussels. Today, I saw this:

Horror! Macron Police Hurl Tear Gas at Customers Inside Paris Cafe — Chase Hundreds of Freedom Protesters Down the Street (VIDEO)

Brussels, France, Canada, not to mention Australia as well as other nations all over the world. I cannot cite the source but I remember seeing on gentleman, not American, state how people have an inherent right to self-government. He is so right! While God Almighty set the standard when He instituted our nation, that He chose to bless us does not in any way suggest other nations must live under tyranny.

Finally, I bring you this:

Trump Unleashes On The Deep State – “The Unselect Committee Is A Cover Up Of The Real Insurrection”

Fact is I posted this perspective almost one month ago to the day. Just yesterday I postulated how certain three letter groups with government funding are vising my site under stealth. I say this last because I doubt if either of my two visitors, assuming they are the same two are paid to do so. Though it wouldn’t surprise me. 🙂

I know I said the last entry was it but I uploaded the meme below. Though it directly relates to nothing in today’s review, I’d say it does relate to everything in one way or another…

Have a great Sunday!

Guess Who’s Watching and… I’m a Terrorist!

If you’re one of the two regular occasional readers of this blog you might get this, for anyone else who happens to stumble upon this post you may not. If I can count on anyone it is somebody paid by a three-letter agency and they’re good. I’m pretty sure they keep tabs on me using stealth because, well it’s about as isolated as an outpost you can get. Still…

It wasn’t long after I posted my plan to support a U.S. Freedom Convoy by encouraging citizens to show up at our respective county seats when, shazaaam! all of a sudden mandates started being removed. Now I can sense what you’re thinking… it wasn’t my post, it was the general swelling up of support for the very idea. Okay, I get it. Can I have my fantasy back now?

Fact is, I don’t care. It matters not at all how we take our nation back as long as we do it effectively and peacefully. That brings me to the terrorist part. As I reported earlier, and now it’s all over the news, Homeland Security is warning against those of us who DARE disagree with the official government talking points. Yeah, well, bite me. Yes, I’m speaking to YOU, Mayorkas (or is that Mydorkass? I get mixed up.) You know damn well what I’ve advocated all along. I see no need for “protests”, much less violence.

We are self-governing citizens  who elect representatives and those representatives are responsible for people like you. All we need to is hold those we choose to represent us accountable. Granted we’ve done a lousy job so far. The bottom line, dude, is we ARE the government, so the whole idea of promulgating some sort of “insurrection” or “revolution” is ridiculous. We already have the best possible framework in place. All we need to do is remove a bunch of top-heavy crap that’s built up and around it and make a few adjustments. It won’t hurt… me, though, if I had my way, a lot of current government employees will find themselves downsized.

Much like that article I posted yesterday, citizens are starting to look around and realizing we need to shed some fat, a lot of fat. Most of this excess, if not all of it is a direct result of centering things around the nation’s capitol. Decentralization is the key. For instance, one congressman touted this bill introduced mandating (there’s that word again) schools teach students in person.

My first thought was of the plight of us rural parents whose only choice would be to either homeschool the old-fashioned way or send our kids to a county school. Some of these kids spend almost as much time on a bus as they do in the classroom. There was a growing trend for private companies to  provide distance elementary and secondary education as an alternative to traditional homeshooling. This legislation would end that. Then I got thinkin’.

The feds actually have no business in education. None. Nowhere in our founding document makes room for this. In fact, if you dig into our history a bit, you’ll find early citizens were far more educated at home than they are today. Now some may argue these were the rich landowners of the day and that may be partly or even entirely true, but they did not have the resources available these days either. Bottom line… get out feds. Just leave.

Thus far I see more and more of rumblings for a Freedom Convoy here in the states. Homeland is bent on shutting it down before it starts. They may succeed but they will have a much harder time batting down the spirit of us citizens who are determined to reclaim our rightful place in our nation.

Stuff that in your crack pipe and smoke it.

Go F Me and the Canadian Freedom Convoy – Updated and Corrected?

Well, that didn’t last long. The Freedom Convoy raised $10 MILLION on GoFundMe. All of a sudden Go F Me decided the truckers weren’t worthy, but they couldn’t decided on exactly why the truckers weren’t worthy. So instead they said they were just going to give those funds away to, well, whoever Go F Me decided WAS worthy. You know, maybe BLM or SPLC or some other “noble” organization. Anybody but some fool group who wants, ah-HEM, freedom!

Today, as I go to find a story about it to link to, lo and behold, they’ve retracted! Well, well, whaddya know? And here I was all set to suggest a class action suit or something. Actually, I rather liked the idea of a bunch of donors banding together to say HEY! We gave money to the TRUCKERS! I guess someone beat me to it, cause all of a sudden they’re releasing the funds as the story talks about things like fraud. Now THAT’S what I’M talking about.

UPDATE and CORRECTION?

As of Sunday, an article appeared in The Gateway Pundit stating that Go F Me isn’t giving the money raised to the truckers TO the truckers but rather are refunding the donors. Will SOMEbody make up their minds!? Sheeeooot. Also in the article, GP reported another crowdfunding organization – GiveSendGo  raised nearly $1 million in about 12 hours. I suspect that amount will increase substantially very soon. For those donating to the truckers, I’d say GiveSendGo is a better choice. Also note, the Canadian “authorities” are imploring all crowdfunders to block these truckers, because you know, free speech and truly peaceable protests cannot be allowed. They must be cancelled!

On another note, I was able to find and article on transportationnation.com (where the memes below was found) about the Freedom Convoy coming to the US (They say America but Canada is kinda “America” too, don’t cha think?)

According to the article, the plans are in the works but nothing is finalized as of yet. Furthermore, there are several groups trying to organize a convoy. Of course FnBook is no help. I hate to say it but that platform is one of the more viable means to spread the word. Shoot! That gives me another idea! I’ll post it later. Meanwhile…

Now, what about my crazy idea when the show comes to the US? Well, here it is. We pick a day – I would say a Saturday so us working stiffs don’t have to take a weekday off – and we show up to our respective county seats in support of the truckers. Even better if we could make it a rolling demonstration with folks there every day but, you know, work. We do that sort of thing.

This reminds me of the 2A sanctuary movement here in Virginia back in 2019, except then, of course, citizens were showing up at their county board meetings to support the resolution. The thing is the simple fact that so many citizens showed up scared the beejeebers out of a lot of people. Now that I think about it, it was shortly after that wave that the virus hit. Huh.

Anyway, imagine the effect it would have to have citizens all across our land showing up at our county seats. County seat after county seat teeming with citizens as a show of support and strength. I wouldn’t call it a “protest”. I despise the word for this purpose. We are self-governing citizens. We have no need to “protest”. We are simply making our opinions known. End of story.
